This site belongs to Garo Feslian, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It is a quiet site: no advertising, no tracking cookies, no analytics that follow you around.

What is collected

Only what you choose to send through the “Plan your retreat” form: your name, company and email address, and if you add them, your role, phone number, preferred dates and message, together with the keywords you picked.

Why

To reply to your request, send you the PDF sketch, call you if you ask for it, and prepare a proposal. Your details are processed because you asked for steps to be taken before a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6.1.b). They are never sold, and you are never added to a mailing list without being asked.

Who else handles them

• The hosting provider, which serves this website and runs the small function that creates your PDF.
• The email delivery service, which sends the sketch to you and to Garo.

Both act only on instructions, under a data processing agreement.

How long

As long as the conversation about your retreat is going on, and at most 24 months afterwards, unless you end up working together. In that case the normal administrative retention applies.

On your own device

The form remembers your choices in your browser’s local storage, so they are still there if you come back. Nothing is sent until you press “Send me the sketch”, and you can clear it at any time with “Start another sketch” or by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they are used, by writing to info@garofeslian.com. If you feel your data hasn’t been handled properly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
